Pressure Cooking (2 whistle semi cooked dal) -
1/2 cup Split Bengal Gram / Chana Dal
1/4 cup Peanut
1 cup Water
Besan Mixer -
1 tbsp Gram Flour / Besan
1/2 cup Water
Tempering -
3 tbsp Oil
1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
7-8 Garlic Cloves chopped
Few Curry Leaves
Few Coriander Leaves
3 Onion chopped
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1.5 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Salt as per taste
1/4 cup Boiled Green Tamarind Pulp
2 cups Water
