Methi Che Dhapate is a traditional Maharashtrian flatbread made with fresh fenugreek leaves, mix of flour like gram flour, whole wheat flour, millet flour and simple spices. Soft on the inside and slightly crisp on the outside, this dish is both healthy and flavourful.
In this video, I am sharing an authentic, village-style Methi Che Dhapate recipe, perfect for breakfast, lunch, or tiffin. These dhapate taste best when served hot with curd, butter, pickle, shengdana chutney or thecha.

So, here's what you will need to make these delicious Methi Che Dhapate:
Coarse Paste -
2-3 Garlic Pods
2 tsp Cumin Seeds
Dough -
1 cup Gram Flour / Besan Flour
1 ½ cup Jowar Flour
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
2-3 tsp Sesame Seeds
1 tsp Salt
2 cups chopped Fenugreek Leaves / Methi Leaves
Garlic Cumin Paste (mentioned above)
½ cup Coriander Leaves
2 cups Water
2 tsp Oil
Oil / Ghee / Butter for roasting
