This was my first time trying the F45 (Functional workout 45 Mins) Foxtrot! We do a quick warm up and then get right into it! There are 12 moves. The first move we perform for 45 seconds/15 seconds recovery. Then we do the same move for 20 secs/rest 10, 3rd set back to 45/15, Finally 20 secs/10 rest. Then brand new move for the same alternating time frame!
