Join us for one of our favorite classes, Fierce TKO! Please warm up prior to doing this workout, since this recording does not include a warmup, and it is important to do before a workout!
Tabatas are 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of recovery! We take an upper body punching combo followed by a lower body kicking type combo. We repeat twice on each side and move on to two new combos! Moves fast and gets the job done! :)
