If your body feels too tight and stiff for morning yoga, using blocks will help you. Yoga blocks are useful props because they bring the ground closer to you, making yoga postures more comfortable and improving your alignment. Yoga blocks have 3 different heights, so you can experiment with how much closer you want to bring the ground to you.
In this video, I show you 3 ways to use blocks in morning yoga:
1. Underneath the hands in different standing forward folds.
2. Underneath the hands in various lunge postures.
3. Underneath the seat in various seated postures.
