Welcome to the North Mountain! In this Kids yoga session, we channel the elegance and power of the Ice Queen. Sometimes, feelings can get too big and swirl around like a blizzard. We are here to show kids how to tame that magic.

🌬️ Let It Go (Stress Relief)
Is your child holding onto frustration or worry? We practice "Letting It Go." This routine provides Stress relief for kids by using breathwork to blow away negative feelings, just like blowing snow in the wind. It teaches them that they don't have to carry heavy feelings all day long.

🧠 Focusing the Magic
To build an ice palace, you need precision. We use strong, standing poses to develop Focus and concentration. Balancing on one leg like an icicle requires a quiet mind. This practice helps children feel grounded and steady, even when things around them are chaotic. It is Yoga for kids that builds true resilience.

👑 The Queen of Calm
We discover Mindfulness for children by noticing the silence of winter. In our final relaxation, we visualize a quiet, sparkling crystal cave. This helps children connect with their inner "Fifth Spirit"—their own sense of peace. Through Kids yoga, they learn that true power comes from being calm, not just being strong.
