THE WORKOUT
12-Minute AMRAP
One Round = 185 Reps:
→ 100 Jump Rope
→ 50 Knee Raises
→ 25 Lunge Jumps (alternating)
→ 10 Jump Push-Ups
Complete as many rounds as possible. Record your total.

HOW TO TRACK YOUR SCORE
Count completed rounds + extra reps.
Example: 3 rounds + 100 jumps + 34 knee raises = "3 rounds + 134 reps"
Quick math:
1 round = 185 reps
2 rounds = 370 reps
3 rounds = 555 reps
4 rounds = 740 reps
5 rounds = 925 reps
