1 tsp grated ginger

1 tsp finely chopped garlic

1 tsp sugar (optional)

2 tbsp water

1️⃣ Prepare the Manchurian Mixture:

In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, capsicum, spring onions, ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, chili sauce, salt, and pepper.

Add maida and cornflour. Mix well until the mixture binds together.

Shape into small, tight balls.

Heat oil in a kadai on medium heat.
