For Keema Masala:

250g mutton keema (minced mutton)

2 cups shell pasta

1 large onion, finely chopped

2 tomatoes, pureed

1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

1 green chili, chopped

2 tbsp oil or ghee

Whole Spices:

1 bay leaf

1-inch cinnamon stick

2-3 green cardamoms

3-4 cloves

Powdered Spices:

1 tsp turmeric powder

2 tsp red chili powder

1 tbsp coriander powder

1 tsp garam masala

1 tsp cumin powder

Salt to taste

Garnish:

Fresh coriander, chopped

Lemon wedges

Grated cheese (optional)

👩🍳 Step-by-Step Method:
1️⃣ Cook the Pasta:

Boil shell pasta according to package instructions with salt and oil.

Drain and set aside.

2️⃣ Prepare Keema Masala:

Heat oil/ghee in a pan. Add whole spices and sauté until fragrant.

Add chopped onions and cook until golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and green chili, sauté for 1 minute.

Add mutton keema and cook until browned.

3️⃣ Make the Gravy:

Add tomato puree and all powdered spices.

Cook until oil separates and keema is tender (add water if needed).

Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes.

4️⃣ Combine Pasta & Keema:

Add cooked shell pasta to the keema masala.

Mix gently until pasta is well coated.

Sprinkle garam masala and fresh coriander.

5️⃣ Serve Hot:

Garnish with more coriander and lemon wedges.
