FIRST #KrisMadeMeDoIt workout vlog this year 2021 is a CHALLENGE!! AMRAP is As Many Reps As Possible or as Many Rounds As Possible. This means we will continue repeating the same movements for 20 minutes. We will begin by doing front squats, power snatch, push up, lunges and high pulls with only 5 reps each. That completes 1 round.
Magandang calorie-fat burning exercise din ito plus toning. Ilang rounds kaya ang nagawa ko? At, ilang rounds ang kaya mo?
