Hello my fave potates ❤️ In the spirit of descending (leaves, temperature, and shortening days), I've been trying to take better care of myself; reflect on my toxic relationship with resistance 😂 ; and learning, once again, to gracefully let go of all that isn't essential.

Since I’ve made a lot of self-care and resetting videos in the past, I wanted to keep this video new & minty fresh by loosely using Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) as the framework for what to eat and what kind of relaxing, healing, and restorative activities to partake in according to the season of fall.

Napa cabbage cheese recipe:
• Preheat oven to 450F
• Cook cabbage until soft in butter (or olive oil for health)
• Mix in mayo and parmesan powder, top with shredded mozzarella
• Bake for 10-15min or until the cheese is golden brown
• Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving of you’ll lose a few tastebuds
