Описание: In this 20 min yoga practice we will explore variations and modifications of traditional yoga asanas to build strength and awareness through abdominal muscles. We will focus on side body, obliques, deep core and waist line. We will combine strengthening exercises with some beautiful side body stretches and twists.

This flow will boost your metabolism, improve your digestion, deepen your breathing, and without any doubts will it set you into a happy mood and positive mind.

This core power yoga practice is suitable for beginners as it does not include any difficult transitions or advance poses but it might require a little energy. It will also be good for intermediate level yoga practitioners as a lighter practice.

This rather energetic but simple vinyasa yoga flow can be your perfect morning practice to start the day in the best way possible. No equipment is required.
