TOTAL BODY BLAST - Work your body from head to toe with this no repeat dumbbell workout that hits all your major muscles groups without any impact.
You'll need a moderately heavy set of dumbbells to complete this total body workout. I used a set of 5kg dumbbells but you can use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level
There is one circuit to work through. Complete each exercise 45 secs work/15 secs rest

4️⃣Snatch Step Back Lunge (L) Side
5️⃣Snatch Step Back Lunge (R) Side

7️⃣One Arm Row Tap Back (R) Side
8️⃣One Arm Row Tap Back (L) Side
9️⃣One DB Push-up Rotation
