THE PROBLEM:
❌ We're feeding AI everything and asking it to contextualise the whole world
❌ We're creating bloated prompts and noisy outputs
❌ We're building systems that are expensive, unsustainable, and often wrong
❌ We're letting AI smooth away the irregularities that actually matter

THE SOLUTION:
✅ Start with decisions: What can you actually act on?
✅ Define your constraints: What really matters to the outcome?
✅ Clarify your behaviours: What are you trying to encourage?
✅ Use AI to compress, extract, or test - not to replace judgement

I walk through real examples including travel planning, customer service prioritisation, and analytics dashboards to show you exactly what good vs bad AI workflows look like.

Key insight: If your prompt is longer than your decision statement, you're probably avoiding the real work.

Good workflows compress reality into the minimum variables that matter. Bad AI workflows shovel in everything and ask the AI to find meaning.
