Goji Steamed Chicken on Rice | Itaki Chefbox Smart Bento Pro Electric Lunch Box Recipe

Описание: First video using the new itaki chefbox. The chefbox is bigger and has more space to make more variety of food. The smart part of the chefbox is that there are different cooking modes and there is a timer which turns off automatically after counting down to zero. We no longer have to adjust the cooking time by the amount of water to place in the hotplate area.

Goji steamed chicken is the perfect food to cook in the chefbox. The chicken is steamed nicely with the goji berries and shiitake mushroom. I bought a whole chicken leg with bones-in which was already cut up into pieces. If you do not want to use bone-in skin-on chicken, then feel free to replace with boneless skinless chicken thigh or breast. The sauce from steaming the chicken goes really well with rice. I choose to cook with carrots and zucchini as they are more hearty and can withstand the longer cooking time.

Ingredient:
1 whole - chicken leg
20g - dried shiitake mushroom
1 tsp - goji berries
1/3 cup - rice
1/3 cup - water (rice)
1 cup - water (itaki)

Veg:
30g - zucchini
30g - carrot
1 tsp - oyster sauce (veg)

Sauce:
1 tsp - soy sauce
1 Tbsp - oyster sauce
1/2 tsp - rice wine
1/2 tsp - sesame oil
1 Tbsp - ginger (stripes)
