Bibimbap | Itaki Pro Electric Lunch Box Recipe | Cooks in 15 Minutes

Описание: Bibimbap is a Korean dish that is traditionally made in a stone bowl to get the crispy rice texture at the bottom. We are simplifying this recipe by making it in the itaki so there will not be any crispy rice. This recipe is simple with just a lot of arranging of vegetables and meat on top of the cooked rice. Since the rice is cooked, this dish can be done in 15 minutes. We added the egg at the 10 minutes mark in order to leave the yolk runny. Depending on the level of doneness you prefer for your egg, you can adjust the time when you add it to the dish. The egg will become fully cooked if you added it at the very beginning of cooking. Be aware that there will be some scrubbing if the egg touched the metal bowl while cooking. Alternatively, you can brush the sesame oil all over the bowl to assist in easier cleaning. Various types of vegetables (zucchini, spinach) can be used for this dish so feel free to explore. If using chicken or pork other than beef, I would suggest spreading out the meat for it to cook better and also lengthening the cooking time. Enjoy!
