Описание: In this 40 min FULL IMPACT Full Body Kettlebell Workout we will have 20x Combination exercises in total and we will target the entire body. We will be performing each exercise for 40 seconds and there will be a 15 seconds and 30 seconds rest in between (30 seconds after each 5x exercises!) and we repeat each 10x exercises for 2x rounds in a row.
After the first block there will be a 50 seconds water-break.

In this Workout I am using a 12kg (Blue) 16kg (Yellow) and a 20kg (Purple) kettlebell form “👑 Kettlebell Kings”

You can Simply increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier kettlebells and/or increasing the volume of the workout by doing this routine for 2-3x rounds in a row.
