This Kettlebell upper body and core workout is designed using first a Upper body circuit of 5 exercises for 3 rounds. Folloed by a kettlebell core finisher of 8 exercises with no repeat. Total time is 40 minutes for the Kettlebell upper body and core workout. Males should have a 24, 16 and maybe 12 kg kettlebell handy. Females should have a 16, 12 and 8 kg kettlebell handy.
Exercises are
Push up Shoulder taps
Kettlebell Knee to elbow press
Kettlebell Push pull
Kettlebell Bent over row deadlift
Kettlebell clean to curl
Kettlebell around the waist for active recovery.
3 rounds of 40/15 work rest ratio
Kettlebell core workout consists of
Kettlebell tall kneeling side bend
Kettlebell half kneeling side swings
Kettlebell seated pass
Kettlebell Single leg bench press
Kettlebell Bench press russian twist
Kettlebell Overhead hollow hold
Kettlebell Side plank
Kettlebell Pull Through
