Hey Beautiful, welcome to this 35-minute Mobility Yoga Flow — a feel-good, beginner to intermediate class focused on hip and spinal mobility, posture support, gently releasing tension and all around improving mobility!
In this practice, I blend what I love most: mindful, breath-led yoga with science-backed mobility training from my background as a Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) Mobility Specialist and 500hr Yoga Teacher.
We’ll start with gentle mobility warm-ups to wake up the joints, flow through yoga poses layered with active mobility work, and finish with calming breathwork to leave you feeling more spacious, centered, and supported from the inside out.
