One of my fave so far! This is a full body stretching routine to my top 3 Christmas songs! I wanted us to have a little activity for this Christmas and this video is the perfect way to relax and enjoy the music! You can do this as many times as you want hehe :)
I added some new stretching exercises to this routine so that you can try them out! Feel free to do your own variation if you’re not able to perform the stretch! Slowly get into each stretch and I promise that eventually you will get it! Be consistent and persistent!
