Since the gyms have reopened it’s because pretty tough for me to get content in the gym as it’s been so busy and I’ve been training alone. So I’ve came back to JD Gyms in Warrington which is a much bigger gym 🙌

Workout:
Pull Ups & Chin Ups 4x10 (2 sets of each)
“Plated Shoulder Press” 3x10
Seated Row 4x10
Arnold Press 3x10
Single Arm Lat Pulldown 3x10 each arm
EZ Bar Front Raise 3x10
Cable Face Pulls 3x10
