Here is my first leg session back in the gym after lockdown. As I mention in the video, I went lighter and focused more on my form as I had had my first football training session back the night before, safe to say I was rather achey after not playing for 5 months!
Workout:
Squats 4x10
Hamstring Curls 4x10
Walking Lunges 4x14 each leg
Deadlifts 4x10
10 minute bike to loosen off
All exercises had 1-2 warm up sets too!
