📌잡내제거를 위해 닭은 소주 반병넣고 한번 데쳐주세요!

🔸 Ingredients (Serves 4)

Prepared chicken 1.2 kg
Potatoes 3
Carrot 1
Green onions 3
Onion 1/2
Cheongyang chili peppers 3
Red chili pepper 1
Gochujang (Korean chili paste) 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 4 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Cooking wine 3 tbsp
Black pepper, a little
Ginger powder, a little
Homemade rice syrup 2 tbsp
Minced garlic 2 tbsp
Soju 1/2 bottle
Korean chili flakes 4 tbsp
Water 600 ml
Coarse salt 1 tbsp


🔸 Cooking Tips


📌 Cut the ingredients into large chunks.
📌 To remove any odor, parboil the chicken once with half a bottle of soju.
📌 Rinse the parboiled chicken thoroughly.
📌 Use about 1/3 of the green onions to make scallion oil before cooking.
📌 Taste the broth and adjust the seasoning to your preference.
