I don't want anyone to work out if their main reason is to get sexy arms, slimmer legs, bubble butt or burn calories to eat more. I don't want to boost a feeling that portrays we should work out just so we could potentially look like something. Too many people with millions of subscribers here on Youtube and around social media already do it. And for me that´s far from well being! No one should ever feel like they should work out to look like something or someone☝🏼

Our bodies are so much more than what they look like and thats what this workout is all about. So if you're looking for fun and intense cardio workout that developes you in many different ways: muscle condition, endurance, coordination, balance and mobility at the same time. This workout is for you! This is a bodyweight workout, no equipment needed🌟

This simple and quick functional workout is easy to do anywhere, home or on the road - you name it. You can also combine this workout with my other 8 or 18 minute workouts for example with the upper body workout, core or leg workout.
