This 18 minute kettlebell core workout consists of 3 rounds of 3 exercises each round - 45 sec work and 15 sec rest.
The most important thing of this workout is to focus on your core in every exercise! If you engage your core in every movement you don't need a 20 kg kettlebell to be able to feel the workout.☝🏼
I'm using an 8 kg kettlebell during this workout but if you're at the gym and have access to different size kettlebells feel free to grab several options to challenge yourself even more.
( You can also use dumbbells in this workout if you don't have a kettlebell.)
**DON'T do this workout to get smaller waist or a flatter stomach. DO this because you want to challenge yourself, enjoy a fun workout and feel good afterwards ! **
I don't want anyone to work out if their main reason is to get sexy arms, slimmer legs, bubble butt or burn calories to eat more. I don't want to boost a feeling that portrays we should work out just so we could potentially look like something. Too many people with millions of subscribers here on Youtube and around social media already do it. And for me that´s far from well being! No one should ever feel like they should work out to look like something or someone☝🏼
Challenge your core, work out wherever you like! Home, on the road or at the gym - you name it. You can also combine this workout with my other 8 or 18 min workouts for example with the leg workout, core or HIIT workout.
