One pot dish | Fish and vege stew (ingredient list provided)

One Pot Dish – Fish Pot
Ingredients:
1 medium size of snapper head (season with some salt and corn starch and deep fry to 60% cooked)
2 black tofu (pan fry)
Some Chinese leeks (slice each leek at a diagonal into about 1 inch thick slices)
Some dried beancurd sheet
1 bowl of Chinese cabbage
1 bowl of chicken stock
1 bowl of plain water
2 cloves of garlic (chopped)
Few slices of young ginger

Seasoning:
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
1 teaspoon of sole fish powder (Ah Pa’s homemade MSG)
Few drops of premium fish sauce
½ cap of Shaoxing wine
1 round of light soya sauce
Few dashes of white pepper
Pinch of salt
Homemade fried garlic oil
