You are gonna love these peanut butter cookies. They’re full of peanut butter flavour and have the perfect balance of salty and sweet. The texture is so soft the cookie melts in your mouth. This is definitely going on to your 'favourites' list.
The ingredients I use in this recipe are as follows:
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup smooth peanut butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla essence
I am sorry you missed my rant but its probably for the best. These cookies are pure gold and they keep for very long in an air tight container. And can also be whipped up quickly when you are in need of a cookie.
