just wanted to share the only chicken and rice bake recipe you will ever need. It is so easy to put together, has few ingredients but is very delicious.
Its perfect for those lazy evenings when you want to eat good food but dont really want to slave in the kitchen. I am serving mine with a side salad just for control........
Ingredients:
1/4 cup chutney
1/2 cup mayonnaise
500g chicken portions
1 cup parboiled rice
1 pack soup - I used Brown Onion flavour
400ml cold water
This is going to be one of the favourites, trust me.
