How to Perform
1. Lie on your back on a mat or firm surface.
2. Keep both legs extended and relaxed.
3. Slowly slide one heel toward your glutes, bending your knee.
4. Keep your heel in contact with the floor the entire time.
5. Slide the heel as far as is comfortable and pain-free.
6. Pause briefly at the top.
7. Slowly slide the heel back down until the leg is straight again.
8. Repeat with the other leg.
