How to Perform
1. Lie on your back with both knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
2. Lift one leg and place your ankle across the opposite thigh, just above the knee (forming a “4” shape).
3. Keep your hips relaxed and shoulders on the floor.
4. If comfortable, gently pull the supporting thigh toward your chest with your hands.
5. You should feel a stretch in the glute and outer hip.
6. Hold for 15–30 seconds, breathing slowly.
7. Release and switch sides.
