How to Perform
1. Lie on your back on the floor or a mat.
2. Bend your knees with feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart.
3. Relax your arms by your sides.
4. Gently tighten your core and glutes.
5. Slowly tilt your pelvis backwards, pressing your lower back into the floor.
6. Hold for 3–5 seconds.
7. Release and return to the neutral position.
