Melt-in-Your-Mouth Chocolate Chip Brioche Rolls – Super Soft & Fluffy Homemade Bread!
Easy homemade brioche with chocolate chips in every bite — perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dessert!
🧾 Ingredients:
Bread flour – 250 g
Instant yeast – 4 g
Sugar – 35 g
Powdered milk – 30 g
Salt – 2 g
Cold milk – 120 ml
Egg – 1 medium
Unsalted butter (softened) – 40 g
Chocolate chips – 60 g
Egg wash:
Small egg – 1
Milk – 1 tbsp
👩🍳 Step-by-Step Method:
1. Mix all dry ingredients.
2. Add milk and egg, mix well.
3. Knead 7–8 min.
4. Add soft butter, knead 6–7 min.
5. Let rest 1.5 hours until doubled.
6. Fold in chocolate chips.
7. Divide into 8 pieces, shape into balls, place in pan.
8. Rest 40–50 min.
9. Brush with egg wash.
10. Bake at 180°C / 356°F for 20–25 min
