• Brown sugar: 50 g
• White sugar: 20 g
• Small egg: 1
• Vanilla extract: 1/2 tsp
• All-purpose flour: 100 g

• Crushed Biscoff cookies: 40 g (rough chunks)
• Chocolate chunks: 30 g
• Lotus Biscoff spread: about 6 tsp (1 tsp per cookie, frozen into small balls)
