300gm Bread Flour
30gm Castor Sugar
6gm Instant Yeast
2gm Salt
2 Large Eggs
100ml Lukewarm Milk
100gm Unsalted Butter (softened)
180gm Mixed Nuts & Dried Fruits
Melted Butter for glazing
