For the brioche dough
2 eggs
Caster sugar 50g
Salt 1tbsp
Milk 240ml
Dry yeast 10g
Butter 170g
Plain flour 560g
Mixed spice 2tbsp
Orange zest
Sultanas 80g
Raisins 80g
For the fruit loaf glaze
Caster sugar 100g
Vanilla bean paste 1/4 tsp
Boiling water 50ml
