Muzzy is a classic. BBC created Muzzy decades ago, and the 2016 edition features updated animation. Muzzy is unique in that the creators made it like a regular cartoon, as opposed to a simple vocabularly builder. Kids will enjoy the story, and the natural language style will aid in their learning. Adults who don't mind watching a cartoon will also have their conversational skills improved.

Dino Lingo and Early Lingo have similarities and differences. Both of these programs are essentially "video flashcards." Pictures, video, and sound are set with vocabulary words that are spoken and put on the screen.

Early Lingo goes at a gentler pace than Dino Lingo. Dino Lingo feels more scattered, but some kids may like how silly the images are. One advantage of Dino Lingo is that it comes with flashcards, with each card having an illustration along with the vocabulary word.

All of these programs will benefit children. If you have to pick one, I would select Muzzy, because it is the most likely to retain children's interest, as it flows like a regular cartoon.
