Hey guys!! This week y'all are coming along for a week of my half marathon training - everything from my long run, speed workouts, gym sessions, easy runs, and cross training! This week I hit almost 40 miles and I've been working out for about 10 hours a week ON TOP of my Masters classes in nutrition, studying for the RD Exam, AND my dietetic internships which I work 3 days a week for 8 hours a day. Getting back into running after taking 4 years off has been such a joy for me - I just have so much fun with it!! Please don't take anything that I do in this video for something that you should be doing - I literally know nothing except for my own experience and am just here for entertainment and maybe a little inspiration! I hope y'all enjoy!
