This FTP test was supposed to answer one question:
Did months of base training actually move the needle — or did I waste the time?
I went into this test fueled, rested, and ready… but conditions didn’t cooperate, and the test didn’t unfold the way I planned. This video isn’t about flexing numbers — it’s about whether the work is honest, whether the process matters, and whether I’ve actually earned the start line for race season.
