In this video we are doing a workout using the German Volume Training Format! Basically, you pick an exercise and do 10 reps for 10 rounds! We are supersetting 2 different exercises, so basically, that's 200 reps! WOWZA!
I used this method when I trained for a figure competition a number of years ago and it if very effective for putting on size! Think about where you want to build muscle, and give this a go!
