Описание: 38 Minute Heavy Full Body Strength | Strength Training in Menopause - Time to grab your heavier weights if you have them! This will be a full body strength session. We are going to hit 8 reps for the big muscle groups, then 12 reps for your accessory muscles. This is a rep range workout, so go your pace.
