How to Perform the L-Sit | CrossFit Coaching Tips and Proper Technique
The L-sit is a challenging core movement in CrossFit where the body is supported entirely by the arms, and the legs are held straight out in front. This position places significant torque on the hips, which must be stabilized by the abdominals to keep the legs elevated and prevent hyperextension of the spine.
