Welcome to a See the Ability online FOUNDATIONS workout.
We're going through 6 movements:
Kneeling-to-stands
Lateral jumps
Bear crawl holds
Bird-dogs
Knee-up holds (left and right leg)
This workout is designed to be accessible for as many abilities as possible. No equipment is required! This fitness and training routine can be done in the comfort of your own home.
