Red Rice DOSA recipe | No Coconut Chutney and Red Rice Dosa for Breakfast - Sattvik Kitchen

1) Red Rice Dosa recipe Ingredients :
Red Rice - 1 cup
Idli rice / Sona Masoori Rice - 1/2 cup
Fenugreek seeds - 1 Tsp
Water - 2 cups (To Soak Rice)
Urad Dal / split and skinned Black gram - 1/2 cup
Water - 1/2 cup (To soak dal)
Ghee - As per requirement when roasting
2) Peanuts Chutney recipe ingredients :
Peanuts - 1/4 cup
Kaju / Cashews - 3 Tbsp
Phutana / Roasted Chana Dal - 3 cup
Green Chilli - 2 medium size
Ginger - 1 inch
Salt - 1/2 tsp (as per taste)
Tamarind / Imli - small piece
Water - 1 cup (Add gradually and blend)
3) Tadka recipe ingredients :
Oil - 2 Tbsp
Urad dal - 1/4 tsp
Mustard Seeds / rai -1 Tsp
Dry red chilli -1 small size
Curry leaves - 4 or 5
4) Tomato Chutney Recipe ingredients :
Oil - 2 Tbsp
Urad Dal - 1/2 tsp
Chana Dal - 1/2 tsp
Ginger - 1 inch
Dry Red Chilli - 2 medium size
Chopped Tomato - 2 Medium size
Water - 2 or 3 Tbsp
Tamarind - 1 small piece
Salt - 1/2 tsp (as per taste)
