Puliyogare Masala ingredients :
Chana Dal / Bengal Gram - 2 Tbsp
Urad Dal / Split Black gram - 2 Tbsp
Dhaniya / Coriander seeds - 2 Tbsp
White Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 2 Tbsp
Puliyodharai Ingredients :
Oil - 2 Tbsp
Chana Dal / Bengal Gram - 1 Tsp
Urad Dal / Split Black gram - 1/2 Tsp
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - 3 or 4
Dry Red Chilli - 1 medium size
Peanuts - 2 tbsp
Tamarind - 1 tbsp
Water - 1/2 cup (To make Tamarind Water)
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Puliyodharai masala - 2 tbsp
Cooked Plain Rice - 2 cups
Salt - 1 tsp

Carrot julienne - 1/2 carrot
French beans - 3 or 4
Tomato - 1 medium size
