Ragi flour (finger millet flour) – 1 cup
Jaggery (grated/powdered) – 1 cup (adjust to taste)
Coconut (grated) – 1 cups (thick + thin combined)
Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
Ghee – 2 tsp (for greasing plate/pan)
Water – 2 cups
A pinch of salt
