Aloo Paratha is one among the most popular parathas made using whole wheat flat bread with mashed potato masala stuffing. It is so delicious that it can be eaten at any time of the day. It tastes just yum with pickles, curd/yogurt and butter.
Preparing this paratha is quite simple, as the ingredients are readily available in our kitchen, but there are few places you may need to be careful in the process. While stuffing the dough, as indicated in the video, take the quantity, so that it can be spread evenly within the dough without breaking the edges. Also, it will be easy to follow the rolling technique to evenly flatten the stuffed dough. That’s it, everything else is just as easy as making roti/chapati.

Ingredients:
Dough:
2 cups Wheat Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp + 1 tsp Oil
1 cup Water
Stuffing:
1.5 cups Boiled & Mashed Potato
½ cup Onion (finely chopped)
1 tsp Green Chilli (finely chopped)
½ tsp Ginger (finely chopped)
½ tsp Jeera / Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Coriander Seeds (crushed)
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp Chaat Masala
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
Good to make 8 parathas!
