Amtrak Empire Builder #8 heading east to its Milwaukee stop with 2 Phase 7 ALC-42's leading. No Phase 7 Superliners this time though. This was filmed at Highland Drive in Elm Grove WI. Happy I was finally able to get a non overcast catch of this crossing in action.
Crossing Info: Signals are owned and maintained by CPKC. They were installed sometime between the 80s and 90s. The bell rings throughout the entire activation. And the signals have seen changes to its lights, bell and the gate striping. This crossing is a quiet zone. DOT number is: 390-515L
