I’m super excited because in this video we will be talking about ranking popular Diet and Fitness Trends 2021. This is my opinion as a weight loss coach (so this video will also be full of weight loss tips) but I’d encourage you to create a diet plan rank for yourself, but your decision of what diet to do should be up to you.
A calorie deficit is required for weight loss but there are tons of different ways to accomplish that. Some people do intermittent fasting, water fasting, intuitive eating, clean eating, flexible dieting, counting calories, vegetarian diet, IIFYM, keto diet (ketogenic diet), or carnivore diet. Some popular exercise strategies are things like a HIIT workout, fasted cardio, yoga (we’ll talk about yoga benefits), or weightlifting, which is my favorite by way.
Spoiler alert (and you may already know this if you’ve watched enough Frumpyfit content) but mindful eating and calorie counting are my top two recommendations and I’ll explain why in this video.
In 2021 weight loss will hopefully be focused more on the individual and the science. We’ll see!
