Expert sour dough working over night, contra baker yeast with about one hour working time.
Me and my wife tested the taste. 5 stars to the yeast made rye bread,- and only 3 stars to the sour dough rye bread. As you can see the s.bread is smaller and the nice grainy structure has degenerated. Thats the only way to put it. Sour dough, not worth the effort.IMHO. Pure nostalgia!;-)
