In this beginner-friendly pelvic floor series, I’m showing you how to level up from my “Easy Pelvic Floor Exercise” video by adding inner thigh activation and deep core engagement for better pelvic floor support. All you need is a pillow, rolled towel, or blanket. Just lay down, connect with your deep muscles, and hold gentle isometric tension to strengthen your pelvic floor, hips, and core.
